Richmond – Production Coordinator Needed – Paid

The Production Coordinator assists the Producer and Director in bringing creative projects from ideation to completion. This position is a 3-month contract with potential to continue.

 

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate internal and external communication in moving creative projects along in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and communicate with outside clients, freelancers, and talent for scheduling and allocating production resources
  • Assist in creation and management of project-related documents and timelines
  • Assist with research on historic and scientific topics
  • Organize materials for projects including, schedules, media assets, scripts, transcripts, etc
  • Arrange and book travel for crew
  • Special projects as required by production team
