Description: “Perfect Harmony” – a perfectionist composer wars against her relentless inner critic to write the perfect piece.

Seeking composer: needs to be knowledgeable in classical music.

Lead Roles:

1. Female, 20’s [Actress will play two roles]. Marie Jones is a perfectionist composer and is often too hard on herself. She is very passionate but often keeps her hurt hidden. Anti-Marie is the personification of Marie’s perfectionism and negativity. Anti-Marie wants nothing more than to take over Marie from the inside out. Her eyes are for flaws, her ears for mistakes and her tongue for criticism.

2. Female, 50 – 65, Gwendolyn Jones (Marie’s Grandmother), instills the love of music in her granddaughter. Gwen was never able to break into the music industry.

3. Female, 6 – 9 years old. Young Marie is very close to her grandma. Parent(s) will contact.

Supporting Roles:

1. Female, 30 – 45, Ms. Jones, Maries’s supportive mother.
