ALL – Richmond – Pocahontas Reframed Film Festival Nov. 19-21 – Passes Available ($10-25)

The Pocahontas Reframed Film Festival is this weekend at the VMFA in Richmond! For those interested in more films or unable to visit in-person, there will also be a supplemental Virtual Festival with additional films!

This year’s Pocahontas Reframed Film Festival is November 19-21, 2021 at the Virginia Museum of Fine ArtsThe Festival, now in its fifth year, stems from a passion and desire for indigenous languages, cultures, and societies to thrive, and strives to bring together artists, authors, filmmakers, and actors willing to share, teach, and explain their creativity and history.

The Festival includes Native American-affiliated classic and recently released films that have been official selections of world-renowned festivals including the Sundance Film Festival, the AIFF San Francisco, and the Toronto International Film Festival.

The festival will be in-person at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond, Virginia, with additional films available to view as part of our virtual festival component for those unable to attend in person or simply still wanting more.

There are also a limited amount of VIP Passes remaining – $75 – Admission into all 25+ films and activities at the Theater, plus the VIP reception in the Marble Hall on Friday 11/19 from 5-7 pm, plus the Virtual Festival.

Please note, all sales are final, no refunds are available. If the festival is postponed by the VMFA due to any changes in public safety restrictions, the tickets will be good in 2022.

All persons over 2 years of age, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask while indoors at VMFA during the Pocahontas Reframed Film Festival.
