The Women in Film and Video Talent Roundtable is pleased to present the MID-ATLANTIC MONOLOGUE SLAM Moonlit Mixer, a collaboration between WIFV and Moonlit Wings Productions. It’s FUN…It’s FAST…It’s FABULOUS!!! This will be an opportunity, in a low pressure environment, to showcase, network, and get feedback from a panel of three of the DC areas Film/TV pros. The audience will vote for their favorite monologue. All are invited: Actors, Producers, DP, Directors, Casting, Writers, Crew, Post, Stage Practitioners…or just folks looking to watch something interesting and entertaining. Actors of all ages can perform at the SLAM!!!! Space is limited though and only 20 monologues can be performed. Performers should bring 3 headshots or photo/resumes for the judges. Everyone can bring business cards to exchange and network.
At the Talent Roundtable, the networking is just as important as the rest of the program. Participants will be timed to exactly ONE MINUTE to perform a FAMILY-FRIENDLY monologue of any genre. Remember, it’s free to perform, but you must R.S.V.P. and a maximum of only 20 monologues can be performed. ALL PERFORMANCE SLOTS HAVE BEEN FILLED! We invite everyone to be in our audience!
