CINE is Seeking Volunteers for the 59th Annual DC CINE Celebrates Awards!

CINE Cele brates: Washington, DC is sponsored by A&E, Samsung and NYU Washington, DC, with promotional consideration provided by Enza Prosecco and Georgetown Cupcake.

CINE Celebrates is an exclusive reception that honors and connects the best and most original media makers in the industry. CINE Celebrates is not an awards show. It’s an experience.

Volunteer assignments will start 45 minutes prior to the event (that will be the start time for your assignment.

DRESS CODE: The overall dress code for CINE Celebrates is cocktail attire. Volunteers are asked to wear any combination of black, black/gold or black/white. Gentleman may wear jackets (optional).

Volunteers will be notified of specific assignments before the event.
● Registration Assist: Check guest ID; put wristbands on under 21’s
● Registration: Check-in guests
● Greeters: Welcome guests, provide direction to registration area, rest rooms, auditorium etc.
● Photo Assist: work with photographer to capture subject names; point out VIPs, interesting shots
● VR Lounge: Assist guests with Samsung virtual reality headsets and ensure guests do not take drinks into the auditorium
● Dessert table : Assist with table set-up.
