Virginia Beach – SEVA 48 HOUR film Challenge – Nov 2-4 – Fee

This November, the SEVA Film Festival kicks off with our own 48 Hour Film Challenge on November 2nd-4th, where teams of filmmakers will be allowed only one weekend to write, shoot, and edit their short films!

The top ten films will be unveiled on the big screen November 10th and be eligible in the “best-of” categories like: Best Picture, Best Best Actor, Best Director and etc.
