Freelance Production Manager

Sam Hill Entertainment is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Production Coordinator to support a 2-3 person field crew for a handful of one/two day shoots in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic over the next 6-12 months.

This position is remote, but could eventually develop into an on-set presence. Experience working in the Southeast is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Producer with all logistical details from pre-production through production and wrap-out for on-set production.

Assist in wardrobe assessment and procurement for band members.

Assist in basic set design procurement on a case by case basis.

Assist camera/lighting crew with logistics for gear rental and returns.

Assist Producer and Director of Photography in sourcing local crew, as needed.

Act as principal liaison for sourcing and coordinating with locations.

Maintain key production documents such as:

Tracking budget expenses and receipts

Creating and distributing call-sheets and contact lists

Production insurance

Ensure production details regarding location, travel, schedule, etc. are confirmed and communicated to all parties (crew and talent) in a timely manner.

Complete post-production wrap duties.
