Richmond – Social media and publicity intern – current – Paid

Belltower Pictures, a production company in Richmond, is seeking Social Media and Publicity interns for our documentary on the Richmond housing projects ( http://belltowerpictures.com/home-documentary/ ).  The documentary will air on VPM.

 

The Social Media Intern will:

  • Assist with social media posts
  • Identify materials that can be repurposed for social media
  • Assist with filming, photography or sound for the vlog
  • Research potential influencers or activists working with urban poverty and public housing
  • Attend production team meetings

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop is a plus.

This is a part-time internship which will require approximately 10 hours each week of mostly remote work.

 

Marketing & Publicity Intern will:

  • Assist in creating marketing materials for the documentary
  • Help with press releases and media outreach
  • Research potential influencers or activists working with urban poverty and public housing
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Assist with building and maintaining a nonprofit resource list

Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

 

Strong writing and communication skills are required for both internships.
