Kirk is recognized by his peers as one of the best entertainment, arts and sports lawyers in America. He has been elected chair of the American Bar Associations Forum n Entertainment and Sports Industries. He has taught Entertainment and Sports Law at the University of Richmond’s Law School and at the University of Virginia. Kirk has taught at the VCU’s Graduate Arts Program, UVA’s School of Education, and lectured at Harvard.
