CASTING CALL for *THREE* student short films:
‘February’ (LGBT Romance film),
‘Lost Time’ (Family drama), &
‘The Tale of Saint Johns’ (Adventure comedy).
SUMMARY #1:
‘Lost Time’ — A short, emotional scene about Vera and Vincenzo, a brother and sister who come from a magic family. After a traumatizing event, Vera dipped into forbidden dark magic to change Vince’s memories of the event in an attempt to bring Vince back to his former self. In ‘Lost Time,’ Vera is coming clean about what she’s done, and Vince is not happy.
SEEKING:
VERA – Female, 25-27 years old, Latina. Vera is a doting older sister who is headstrong in her opinions and decisions. She lets her emotions build up, until something seriously sets her off.
VINCENZO – Male, 21-24 years old, Latino. Vince is an eccentric bad boy as well as the baby of the family. He wears his emotions on his sleeve and isn’t afraid to voice his emotions.
OTHER ROLES:
ARMANDO – Male, 20-25, Latino. Vince and Vera’s brother. Minimal speaking lines.
MARIA – Female, 45-50, Latina. Vince and Vera’s mother. No speaking lines.

SUMMARY #2:
‘February’ — A vampiress and a journalism student fall for each other after the student gets caught on the grounds of a supposedly abandoned treehouse.
SEEKING:
CORDELIA — Female, 19-22 years old, Black. A standoffish, opinionated vampire who takes pride in her alone time. She doesn’t have many friends outside of her older brother, Darcy, however she secretly yearns for them. She is a bit witty and snarky, despite what her personality will make you think.
CHARLOTTE — Female, 19-22 years old, Any race. Charlotte is a laidback, mischief-loving college student. She is very friendly and likes to insert herself into people’s business, but it is somehow also endearing. She has a personality that draws you in from the very second you talk to her.
OTHER ROLES:
DARCY — Male, 21-27, Black. Cordelia’s rather eccentric and outspoken brother. He voices his thoughts, even sometimes when they aren’t requested. Supporting character.
TREVOR — Male, 21-27, Any race. Darcy’s quiet boyfriend. Minimal speaking roles.
AARON — Male, 18-27, Any race. Charlotte’s rule-bound classmate. Minimal speaking roles.

SUMMARY #3
‘The Tale of Saint Johns’ — When a group of Queen Nicolette’s faithful knights go missing, she must call in a team of specialists.
SEEKING:
THE JOHNNIES — 5 males, ages 18-24, any race (though we are looking for just one of the Johnnies to be Black). The Johnnies are members of a long line of specialists, who are conveniently also all named Johnny. Their last names differ, each having one that is a letter of the alphabet that corresponds to their special skill. The Johnnies on this team are as follows: Johnny “F” (a fighter), Johnny “N” (a nifty pickpocket), Johnny “I” (an intellectual), Johnny “Z” (a British wildcard), and Johnny “G” (a gay man).
OTHER ROLES:
QUEEN NICOLETTE — Female, 25-32, Any race. A very regal woman who is adamant about things going well all the time. Supporting role.
PLAIN JANE — Female, 17-22, White. An incredibly bland and boring girl who is secretly a master of espionage under the queen. Supporting role.
CONNOR R. — Male, 18-24, Any race. A loyal knight under Queen Nicolette, and the only surviving member of Alpha Team C.H.A.D. Minor role.
THE TRICKSTER WIZARDS — 2 males, 20-32, Any race. Two brothers who cause trouble with their tricks and magic to passersby in the woods. They are also quite bloodthirsty when they don’t get their way.
