STUDENT WEB SERIES

We are looking for 5 actors between 18-26 to play high schools students for the pilot episode of a web series. This is UNPAID and we are only filming the ONE episode now with the possibility of making more episodes later.

If you are interested in auditioning for the characters TREY, SASHA, RAVI, or EVE please submit a self-tape of a dramatic monologue along with the name of role(s) you are interested in.

If you are interested in auditioning for CONNER please submit a self-tape of a comedic monologue.

All self tapes should be submitted to agreene4@vcu.edu. Please put the NAME of the ROLE(S) you are auditioning for as well as STUDENT WEB SERIES in the subject line.

ABOUT THE SERIES:
Logline: While on a selective nature research retreat, a deadly EMP blast wipes out all access to technology, leaving five precocious high school students stranded on an isle with no way home.

Characters:
TREY (17, lead): A strong-minded, hardworking, and determined high school junior. He is a natural born leader and responds quickly to difficult situations, but can be overly confident.
SASHA (16, lead): A witty and innovative high school junior. Sasha is a go-getter and strives to prove herself. She can easily become combative if provoked.
RAVI (16, supporting): A curious and driven high school junior. Ravi is a team player and the “glue” of the group. He often mediates conflict.
EVE (17, supporting): A conscientious and caring high school junior. She looks after those around her and is considered the “mom” friend.
CONNOR (17, supporting): A charismatic and humorous high school junior. He uses sarcasm and humor as a tension diffuser in difficult or stressful situations.
