STORYLINE: Set in the 70s, an unsuspecting nerd, Jiro, gets thrown into a deadly board game with aspiring mafia bosses. Jiro starts to get the hang of the game when Jay, heir to the Crackers gang, challenges Jiro’s word. In defending himself, Jiro accidentally insults Jay, effectively putting his life on the line. Jay threatens to kill Jiro, who eventually reveals that he is not even supposed to be there and that his real name is Ethan.
CHARACTERS:
JIRO
Asian, male, 18-24. A geeky, ass-kissing freshman with a nervous-rambling problem, who undeniably wants to prove he’s more than his meek reputation. Unfortunately, he’s not more than he seems.
*Must be comfortable with being shirtless

JAY
Black, male, 18-24. An impulsive teenager and heir to the infamous Cracker gang. His prideful nature often gets in the way of logic and prevents him from getting what he wants: to be seen as a boss.

DESMOND
Black, Male, 20s-30s. A quiet-quitting henchman in the Cracker gang who’s resigned to his life as a glorified babysitter. He is monotonous and straight to the point. Follow the rules, and he won’t have a problem.

VIV
White, female, 18-24. A young, ditzy princess of the Italian mafia, otherwise known as the Family, is a fiend for drama and loves instigating. The more blood spilled, the better.

SANTI
Latino (any race), male, 18-24. An air-headed, go-with-the-flow stoner and heir to the Cartel. He’s never truly present because his mind is the most interesting place to be.

Black, queer, female, 18-24. A blunt stud and heir to the Alphabet Mafia who airs on the side of caution, but still wants to have a good time. She’s an old soul that’ll always keep you in line.

Black, female, 20s-30s. A strict, doting mother and no-nonsense Triple OG, or leader, of the Cracker gang. She is intimidating and efficient; do not get in her way.
