CASTING FOR CHOR – Richmond VA – NU – April 12, 13, 14
NEW PROJECT JUST IN! SEEKING MULTIPLE TALENT!
Seeking talent for an upcoming Children’s Hospital of Richmond (CHOR) project filming in Richmond VA on April 12, 13, and 14. This is a nonunion project. SELF TAPE SUBMISSIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION! Please see details below and submit according to the instructions:
Shoot Dates: April 12, 13, and 14 (Talent may be needed 1 or multiple days TBD)
Before submitting please make sure you are available during this date range.
Fitting Date: April 10
Call Back Date: March 30th (note this may be via Zoom or in Richmond studio for selected talent TBD)
SEEKING THE FOLLOWING TALENT:
–Children Ages 6-16, Open Ethnicity, Boys and Girls*
–Adults Ages 30 – 45, Open Ethnicity, Males and Females*
*NOTE – the client will consider REAL families and REAL groups (couples or siblings) for this project. Additionally, they WILL also be grouping individuals together so ALL are encouraged to submit if interested and available!
RATES/USAGE (Note project is less any fees):
Session fee: $350 per day/per talent
Usage Buyout: $500 (1 year – Buyout covers paid/native digital usage, broadcast and industrial Richmond and Petersburg DMV.)
Optional Print Buyout (TBD by client): $400 (1 year – Buyout covers paid/native digital usage, national print, industrial Richmond and Petersburg DMV.)
Fitting Fee: $50 (if applicable)
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Taped auditions should be submitted via WeTransfer to [email protected] by 5 pm EST on March 26th (sooner is better). Only 1 original file per person or group should be submitted.
For child self-taped audition, please do the following:
- Introduce themselves with first and last name and age
- Do a full body pan with the camera
- Share 4 fun facts about themselves
- Do a little dance or other activity of their choice! (client just wants to see them in action)
For adult self-taped audition, please do the following:
- Introduce themselves with first and last name
- Do a full body pan with the camera
- Describe a time where you had to provide reassurance to someone about a sensitive situation (such as a child going into the hospital for a medical procedure). (NOTE – we are looking for emotions and facial expressions.)
*NOTES for families/groups – You can submit 1 video for your entire family/group for consideration. Please use the child/adult specifications above for guidance.
We anticipate booking talent by April 3rd. A child work permit will be required for participation on this project. This work permit must be completed ASAP once talent selections are made. Further details to come.
