10Nineteen Entertainment is currently seeking crew members for the upcoming independent series SisterGirls, filming in Newport News, Virginia.
SisterGirls is a heartfelt, character-driven dramedy centered around five Black women navigating friendship, love, career, healing, womanhood, and the complicated beauty of showing up for one another through every season of life. The series brings positivity, depth, humor, and truth back to the screen while highlighting Black women, Black love, Black men, and stories that reflect real people, real relationships, and real community.
We are currently seeking the following paid crew positions:
Director of Photography, must have own equipment (I use the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4k, but you can use a different camera),
Assistant Director
Boom Operator
2 -Production Assistants
Gaffer Assistant/Lighting Assistant, to assist with Amaran lighting kit

Filming will take place in three production blocks: August, October, and November. Episodes 1 and 2 will film August 21–25, 2026 in Newport News, VA.
