PROJECT:
Family Farm RPG is an independent found-footage psychological horror feature set within a university journalism program. Blending investigative journalism, analog horror, and a mysterious lost video game, the film explores nostalgia, obsession, and the cost of preserving the past.
ROLE:
Dr. Matthew Campbell is a beloved journalism professor and mentor whose passion for storytelling inspires his students. Warm, intelligent, and charismatic, he has built a reputation as one of the university’s most respected faculty members. As the story unfolds, questions surrounding his past and his relationship with one of his students become central to the film’s mystery.
This is a supporting role with interview-style dialogue scenes and significant emotional range. The ideal actor should be capable of portraying both a charismatic, trusted mentor and a more enigmatic figure as the narrative progresses.
