Fairfax-Graphic designer needed-ASAP-PAID

Thundershot Studios is looking for a high concept graphic designer (preferably someone proximate to Fairfax, VA for in-person meetings) with the following capabilities:

3 Years of experience with ad-agency level print design. Work in healthcare a big plus.
The ability to hand draw creative concepts including characters, and efficiently convert them to vivid vector artwork.
Software proficiency: Adobe Illustrator, In-Design, and Photoshop.
A creative portfolio of work that has been published.
