Ashland – Screening of Dopesick Ep 103 & Beth Macy Q&A – Nov 4 – Free

The Ashland Theatre will host a special discussion with award-winning author Beth Macy, and a screening of the third episode of Virginia-filmed Hulu limited series DOPESICK on November 4 at 7 p.m. Macy co-wrote the episode, “The 5th Vital Sign,” and wrote the eponymous novel that inspired the series. She will join Virginia Film Office director Andy Edmunds for a Q&A about the book and series prior to the screening.
