Educational Theatre Company is looking for Assistant Camp Directors (professional teaching artists) and Counselors (college students/recent grads) to assist with our ETC-On-Film camps for grades 3-12.

About Educational Theatre Company:
Educational Theatre Company (ETC) is an Arlington-based nonprofit organization, whose mission is to unlock the potential of children and adults through immersion in Theatre arts for ages 3 to 103.

ETC-on-Film teaches students the process of filmmaking through a hands-on approach, while encouraging students to work independently as much as possible. Each ETC-on-Film camp focuses on a different desired end goal for filmmaking campers to achieve all while being guided through the processes of storyboarding, rehearsing, shooting, directing, & editing by our professional camp staff. The ETC-on-Film program teaches media literacy, time management, organization, cooperation, and self-direction.

Dates/Hours:
M-F, 9am-3pm, with occasional evening film showcases. Camps run between July 8 & August 16. You are not required to be available for this whole time frame.

Compensation:
Camp positions are paid at an hourly rate. Pay commensurate with experience.
Assistant Camp Directors ($19 – $22); Counselors ($15 – $18).
