This is a 2-hour workshop on how to start video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro CC. If you have ever struggled with video editing or ever wanted to learn how to video edit in an open classroom setting this workshop is for you. This workshop is for people that have never used the software to those who have made videos with Premiere pro but never really understood the tools and features.
As a Broadcast Journalist for the U.S. Air Force I have had over 10-year experience making videos for the military and personal projects all produced with Adobe Premiere pro. The best part is, you’ll be able to ask questions!
At the end of this workshop you’ll understand how to import and create clips, organize your projects, export your videos, and upload it to the web. You won’t be a pro at the end of this workshop, but you’ll have all the basic information needed to create that family holiday video, or a basic YouTube video to get your channel started.

Requirements:
You must bring your own laptop (Mac or PC), a copy of Adobe Premiere Pro installed, and headphones. (free 7-day trial at Free Premiere Pro | Download Adobe Premiere Pro full version) If you don’t have a copy, you may bring any other video editing software that you like but know that this will be centered around Adobe Premiere pro CC. The video editing fundamentals are the same, but the operation is different from software to software.
