These events will prepare individuals to get on set, starting with where to look for gigs and what to submit, and provide hands-on experience of being on set. Presenters include Mike Rose, Leslie Ralston,Peter Roof, Kathi Overton, Sheila Smith.

#1 – Friday, July 14, 5:00 – 8:30 pm at Interface Media Group
Topics include: What is a PA? How do I find opportunities in the DMV? How do I book a job? How do I get paid?

#2 – Friday, July 21, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Interface Media Group
Topics include: I’ve arrived on set, now what? On-set Safety and a full afternoon On-set experience!

Registration for workshop #1 is $30 WIFV Members / $40 public
Registration for workshop #2 is $70 WIFV Members / $85 public
Register for both workshops at once – $100 WIFV Members / $125 public
