Bring your tax questions and join us as VPA Hampton Roads welcomes Jonathan McCormick, Tax Manager at Stewart and Company, CPA in Virginia Beach.
Jonathan has been in the tax industry serving individuals and small businesses for over 18 years. He specializes in individual taxation with large focuses on rental real estate, capital gain transactions, and small business ownership. In addition to working with many clients in the entertainment industry, he is an actor and musician himself. He has been a contracted music director at local theaters, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, and various schools and universities.
Jonathan will provide some basic tax prep information specifically for those in the entertainment industry working multiple projects throughout the year. Then we’ll open the floor for your questions.
