Join for a conversation with David Powers and learn how he approaches his projects. David’s first feature film, “By the Grace of Bob” was the opening night film at the Richmond International Film Festival in 2016. David’s recent project, the documentary “Heard” about social issues in public housing, premieres on Central Virginia VPM stations on November 12th.
