LOOKING FOR YOUR ABILITY TO PLAY:
Detective Thomas Rhodes: Male; Late 20s, early 30s. Professional, serious about his job, looking to get promoted out of the small city police department as quickly as possible.
Fingers: Male, 50s-60s. Unabashed conman and pick-pocket. Enjoys life in jail; he considers these people his family and but he pickpockets them nonetheless.
Officer Gabe Harris: Male, 60s plus. Been an officer since he can remember, and he plans on sleeping at his desk until the undertaker takes him away. Gruff, grumpy, and loveable.
Bruiser: Male, late teens early 20s. Could be a football linebacker – or maybe just eats linebackers for breakfast. What he makes up for in brawn he lacks in brain.
Rehearsal and performance information:
This is a three-camera sitcom to be performed in front of a live audience.
They will meet around four times; they will schedule those rehearsals around the schedules of the actors.
Technical rehearsals: Wednesday, 6-9pm on March 29, April 5, April 12.
Performance: Wednesday, April 19, 6-9pm.
There is slight wiggle room around the March 29 and April 5 rehearsals; there is no wiggle room for April 12 and 19.
