Submissions for the 8th Annual DC Web Fest are now open!

We are calling all filmmakers, screenwriters, game/app developers, bloggers, and podcasters, to submit their work to the Eighth Annual DC Web and Digital Media Festival. This year, April 3rd – 4th, 2020, we are highlighting the best of digital media in a jam-packed weekend of screenings, showcases, and workshops with all the best Washington D.C. has to offer. Submissions are open now through January 31st via FilmFreeway. Submit your project before November 22nd for a 25% earlybird discount on submission fees. Student project? Use your student email to contact info@dcwebfest.org for special student rates.

CATEGORIES: Web Series, Digital Shorts & Trailers, Scripts & Blogs, VR/AR, Games & Apps, Podcasts, and the local hero category for local DC projects.

HOW TO SUBMIT:
1. Create a free account through FilmFreeway.   https://filmfreeway.com/DCWebFest
2. Create a project for your web series, app, story, podcast, etc.
3. Include an active link to your work. (Note for series: include 1-3 episodes of your work)
4. Submit your masterpiece!
