SEEKING:

ERWIN: Male, Mid 40s-Mid 50s, Bald, Any Ethnicity.  An entitled CEO from a wealthy family.  ERWIN is a widowed, single father who has juggled his successful career and daughter, CARA, with the benefit of help and money, but still feels the guilt of not being there for her as often as he would like.  He is unaware that his daughter can come across as condescending and spoiled.  CARA, a recent college grad, is on a road trip and has not answered her phone in 2 days.  Frazzled, yet determined and used to getting what he wants, ERWIN decides he must go look for her himself.  After losing his wife, his worst fear in life would be to lose his daughter as well. ERWIN struggles to connect with the eccentric proprietor of the filthy “one stop shop” that is the only establishment for miles on the route he knows his daughter has taken.   He senses she has information, he must gain her trust.
