Richmond – Screening “In Our Words” – February 11, 18, 25 – $12

Join Independent filmmaker Cameron Harris for a Private Screening of In Our Words

Cameron Harris’s film In Our Words explores what African-Americans and Africans in the Diaspora in the U.S., South Africa, and Europe experience being Black. With a nod to the history of slavery and Jim Crow, Harris asked people of all ages and genders to share what it means to be Black today, and whether racism exists.  The film expertly dives into similarities between the experiences of Black people in countries like the America, Germany, and South Africa where there is a specific and ongoing history of oppression.

The film will screen THREE different Saturdays in February: 11, 18 and 25
All screenings are at 10am and cost $12
