CREW RECRUITMENT — INDEPENDENT FAITH/COMMUNITY-BASED FEATURE FILM

Our production company is seeking qualified and experienced film professionals for an upcoming independent feature-length faith/community-based drama.
We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
1. Line Producer
• Experience budgeting and managing independent feature films.
• Ability to prepare a detailed production budget and cash-flow plan.
• Experience with crew hiring, cost control, vendor negotiations, and production logistics.
• Familiarity with Virginia filming requirements is desirable.
2. Unit Production Manager (UPM)
• Experience managing feature-film production operations.
• Ability to coordinate crew, production logistics, paperwork, and daily cost reporting.
• Experience working within a defined independent-film budget.
3. First Assistant Director (1st AD)
• Experience scheduling and managing narrative film shoots.
• Ability to prepare a realistic shooting schedule and breakdown.
• Strong skills in set operations, time management, safety coordination, and communication with the director and production team.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience, scope of work, schedule, and available production funding. Final engagement is subject to an agreed written contract and confirmed financing.
