Richmond – Casting call for student short film – July 30th – Unpaid

VCUarts Cinema is seeking adults local to the RVA area to vounteer as extras on the Non-Union Short Student Film On The Rocks

Filming will take place on Thursday, July 30th from 9am-5pm. Lunch will be provided on set.

We are looking for volunteers to portray BAR PATRONS.

Local hire only, no travel or housing provided.

Storyline: Lewis Kent finds himself in purgatory. Purgatory is a bar run by a philosophical bartender filled with patrons stuck in time awaiting their fate. Lewis wonders if the bartender might understand humanities struggles from the empyrean perspective. Oh to be unencumbered by earthly confines and welcomed by the warmth of the light.
