Storyline: One bright Tuesday morning, JANE convinces her best friend RASHAD to skip school. Rashad is reluctant, but it’s obvious he has feelings for Jane, so he goes along with her plan to explore the river. When they encounter a BUSINESS MAN on the verge of a nervous breakdown along the river bank, they end up having a darker, more “adventurous” day than they expected.
Seeking the following roles:
[RASHAD] 13-15yrs old, Black Male. Quiet, careful, reserved until you get to know him. Only child. A loner with a strict family. Funny once he comes out of his shell. A budding artist and photographer. A romantic at heart. Has deep feelings for JANE but fears she doesn’t feel the same.
Must be open to mutually agreed upon physical contact. Must be a good swimmer and willing to get wet. Open to considering those over 18 years of age, DOB is appreciated.
Shoots 4 Days – $125/day (+10% if agent)
[JANE] 13-15yrs old, White Female. Outgoing. Thoughtful. Comfortable striking up a conversation with anyone. JANE is a natural born jokester. The youngest of four siblings (all brothers). A risk taker who occasionally lacks self-awareness. Has feelings for RASHAD but is afraid he doesn’t like her the same way.
Must be open to mutually agreed upon physical contact. Open to considering those over 18 years of age, DOB is appreciated.
Shoots 4 Days – $125/day (+10% if agent)
[THE BUSINESS MAN] 40-50, White Male. Manic depressive. Mysterious. Maybe he just lost his job? Or maybe his wife has left him? Eats his way out of depressive states. Perpetually on edge. A dreamer. Might seem dangerous, but is not. Physically looming.
Must be a good swimmer and willing to get wet. Stunt experience a plus.
Shoots 2 Days – $125/day (+10% if agent)
[DAVE the UBER DRIVER] 50s, White Male. Prototypical boomer. DAVE is a rule follower.
Shoots 1 Day – $125/day (+10% if agent)
