Petersburg- Casting female role for sci-fi short: PAID

A Tall (5’10 or taller) athletic African American/Black woman is needed  for a leading female  and a “creature” role in an Independent  Sci-Fi/Horror short film that will be shot in Petersburg VA  and can be described as “Enough/Precious” meets “The She-Hulk”.  The director/prosthetic make-up artist will customize the creature suit for the prospective actress.  Requirements for the role include the following unpaid aspects: a sitting for plaster molding; make-up application and unpaid rehearsals. 

On the day(s) of the shoot the actress will be paid at the rate of 150.00 per day. Food and drink will be provided on the day(s) of the shoot. The actress cannot be allergic to latex, lycra or plaster.

The film will be entered in Horror/Sci-fi film festivals.

Preproduction has begun and filming will begin 08/31/2016
