Seeking Crew and actors for a short film called ‘Free’

Filming over 2 nights at Thorndale Farm near Middletown, Virginia.

Sound guy – to work the second night 9/28-29
Hair and Make up – Both nights – 9/27 and 28
Wardrobe supervisor – Both nights 9/27 and 28

Plantation workers
Male & Female African-American background actors. Can be various age ranges, 20’s – 50’s. They are slaves of a plantation owner in the south and work on the farm in the hay fields.

Synopsis
A young slave worker is secretly taught to read and write by his master’s wife. Using only the air as their blackboard, this random act of kindness provided an education that paved the way from slavery to freedom.
