Talent in the age range:

- Teen boy 16-18 years old, deaf, hard of hearing or CODA with knowledge of American Sign Language.
- Hearing teenage girl 16-18 years old
- Hearing man character between 35 to 50 years old
Also looking for someone to help with the film production.
Filming is planned to take place in Portsmouth and Virginia. (If you have family members who would be interested in joining you, please also note that in your submission).
Production states: “We can be flexible to your schedule, but also hoping that you can be flexible to ours.”
Production period: 4-5 shooting days during June 22 – July 17, 2024
Description of film:? “The Inhaler” is the story of two people who accidentally encounter each other in an unexpected situation (an adult man, a war veteran currently working for a private security company, and a Deaf teenager who has committed a theft). The story tells how human character in an unusual situation can completely change, and then the fate of these people will take an unexpected twist.
Alexander Genievsky is an Award-winning director and writer, best know for his work “The Gift”, and many of the scenes from this film project are taken from his personal experiences or those of his friends. The film will be submitted to the several International film festivals.
