CASTING CALL:
Dawghouse Productions & Bravo Zulu Enterprises is seeking trim talent to portray active-duty Sailors for a non-union, Navy Docudrama set in the 1970’s. This Proof of Concept will shoot in Norfolk on Sat. April 5 (Backup date, April 6). A couple of table reads/rehearsals sked prior to shoot. All roles are paid + food and credit provided.
AVAILABLE ROLES:
MASTER CHIEF JIMMY BISHOP – AA/Black Male, Eary 40’s – early 50’s. Career Navy man, medium to “dad bod.” Respectful and sharp. Aware of racism but hopeful for change. No visible tattoos above collar bone.
AIRMAN JACOB SPIVEY – AA/Black Male, 18-30. Level-headed Sailor who breaks up a fight. Supportive of his shipmate, Seaman Pettus. Must be comfortable with simulated fight. Must have close cut hair and no visible tattoos above collar bone.
