Georgetown University – Advanced Screenwriting Narrative Workshop – Saturdays, Oct. 29th-Dec. 10th- Fee

Advanced Screenwriting: Narrative Workshop, an affordable 6-week class, is being offered by Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies on our campus at 640 Massachusetts Avenue N.W, October 29-December 10.

Over six weeks, students will develop original narrative screenplays for film, television, and/or digital programming. Class sessions will be rigorous and challenging, consisting primarily of group readings and open critiques. Students should arrive at the first class prepared to discuss the idea and status of the screenwriting project they plan to pursue. Intermediate and advanced writers are welcome. Successful completion of Introduction to Screenwriting or a similar course or permission of the instructor is required.

Our classes are open to the public, conveniently located near the Metro, and scheduled to accommodate the lives of working professionals. Class size is limited, and we encourage early enrollment. For a full course description, registration, and tuition information, visit the link below.
