Creative Liquid is currently seeking applications for a freelance editors for the June/July timeframe.  The ideal candidates must have excellent work ethic, work well in a collaborative environment, and can produce content on deadline.  They work under intense deadlines and need editors who thrive under pressure.  They’re also looking for editors who can think on their feet and make editiorial decisions.

Work will take place at Creative Liquid’s office in Old Town Alexandria and is Metro accessible.

Requirements

Proficient with Final Cut Pro X (You must have experience editing projects in FCPX)

Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro CC

Working knowledge of Apple Motion and Adobe After Effects perferred

Understanding of HD and 4K formats and codecs

Proficient working on the Mac platform

A keen eye for detail and quality control

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A minimum of (2) years of experience editing video for corporate and commercial clients

Reel demonstrating your editing work

Candidates may be required to pass a background investigation and be eligible for government security clearance

Position Type: Freelance (Part Time Contractor As Needed)
