“I See You”

Logline: Andy is facing impending blindness and he stubbornly wills himself to deal with by himself. But when his sister, Anna, comes to visit, Andy’s notion of independence is challenged.

Andy (20s – 30s): A stubborn man who refuses to show his vulnerable side. At the same time, he fails to take care of himself, keeping up a messy and lonely lifestyle.

Anna (20s-30s): A woman who acts unknowingly of the feelings of people around her and prioritizes validation from others for being a grown-up.

Dr. Gerry (40s-60s): A woman who is insightful and careful in her words. A warm presence and a comforting voice.

Robert (50s-80s): A spiteful old man who has lost all hope in the world and refuses to trust in people anymore.

Non-Union student short film shooting February to March in the Charlottesville/UVA area. No travel/transport/housing provided. Unpaid, but food + access to the film for reels + submission of the film to festivals is provided.
