It’s almost time for Richmond’s fan-favorite film festival: the Richmond International Film Festival! September 23-28, 2025 🍿

One of the largest international competitive film festivals in the Mid-Atlantic, brings more than 160 film premieres to RVA, in addition to nightly local, national, and international music performances, panels, and Q&As, the red carpet awards, mixers, and more.

Films to be shown at RIFF this year span a variety of genres and vary in length, from shorts to full-length features. The full schedule is available below. You can also check out this film guide for more information on the planned screenings.
