This production will be shot on 35mm motion picture film in black-and-white and color with anamorphic lenses.
Storyline: Sterling, a beautiful young woman from the rural South, after a life changing event, chooses to metamorphize into a Formula 1 race car driver.
Seeking the following:
[EDDIE] 60+ years old Black Man, He works at Sterling’s family’s junk yard. He is good with cars. Not quite a mechanic but can pull them apart. He knows Sterling well and will help her out of any scrape, even the messy ones. A laborer. He is a skilled dumpster diver and sees the value in anything good that is discarded.
Supporting, Shoots 1 day October 10th, 2025 at $300/DAY
[MOSES] 40-55 years old Black Man. Moses has been a constant in Sterling’s life since she was a child, and has always looked out for her. A Deacon at the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church who is a goodhearted man with poor impulse control. Currently, a DMV street officer with many past careers including football player, Marine, new cars salesman, Sunday School teacher, and possibly drug dealer. There is an air of mystery to him. Moses has an unforgettable, cheeky grin that masks his constant moral struggle.
SUPPORTING, Shoots 2 days October 9th and October 15th at $400/DAY
