PROJECT DETAILS
Job Name: VCCA “Bad Choices”
Location: Richmond, VA
Local Talent Only
Non-Union
Shoot: Thursday, January 29th
Fitting: Wednesday, January 28th
Session: $500 + 20% (based on a 10-hour session, excluding meals)
Usage: $600 + 20% (Exact usage TBD)
Fitting Fee: $75 (for up to 4 hours)
TALENT NEEDED:
1) COUPLE — “MOVIE NIGHT” (Male + Female) Ages: 28–35. Ethnicity: Hispanic or African American. Real couples welcome. Also accepting individual submissions to pair as couple. Talent can audition together or as individuals.
2) BALLOON ARTIST – Age: 21 and up. Male or Female. Any Ethnicity. Type: Quirky but grounded — in their own zone. Skill: Can pretend balloon twisting, or actually do it (bonus)
3) PARTYGOER — “PERIPHERY GUY”
African American or Hispanic Male. Ages: 21–25.
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Send your 1 self tape (please consolidate multiple takes) to [email protected] by 12 noon (EST) on Thursday, January 22nd via WeTransfer or HighTail. Please note: Callbacks for talent of interest will be on Monday, January 26th.
NOTES: Seeking authentic, natural performers with subtle, realistic reactions. OVERALL PERFORMANCE NOTE (ALL ROLES) We’re looking for grounded, believable performances — subtle, human, and emotionally readable. Nothing broad, slapstick, theatrical, or “commercial-actor big.” Friendly faces and subtleness is the key.
