Richmond – Casting Call for indie short film – August 29th – Paid

CASTING CALL for “The Sordid Light of Morning” a short drama about the quiet end of a relationship from writer and director Connor Barrett.

Location: Richmond, VA
PAID – four day shoot – February 2023

ROLES:

Seth: Lead, Male, late 20’s/early 30’s, Any Ethnicity
Seth is an unambitious, secretive ex-musician who has a difficult time communicating with his more accomplished, focused partner Chloe.

Chloe: Supporting, Female, late 20’s/early 30’s, Any Ethnicity
Chloe is an ambitious artist in a creative rut. She fears that her dull, stagnant relationship with Seth is partially to blame.

Chris: Supporting, Male, late 20’s/early 30’s, Any Ethnicity
Chris is Chloe’s ex, a hedonistic man.
