Carly Hough Casting is seeking people local to the RVA area to work as extras on the SAG Moderate Low Budget Feature Film The Cashier. Filming will take place in Richmond, VA November through December 2025.
Rate: $12.41/hour-$15/hour depending on role.
Shooting takes place Monday-Friday and will likely be a 6+ hour commitment for each day. Please note some roles are recurring. Local hire only, no travel or housing provided.

Storyline: When Glenda – a store cashier – discovers a winning lottery ticket, she’s morally conflicted as to what to do with it. But when the news gets out, the lives of a diverse group of characters – including Aaron, twin brother of the clumsy domestic terrorist (now-deceased) who bought the ticket – intersect in unexpected ways as they navigate greed, faith, and redemption.
