Note: Midnight Courier is a gun-fu action film involving prop weapons and fight choreography. All prop weapons on set are non-firing replicas of guns. A stunt coordinator will be present.
Storyline: Walker, a drifter, runs his self-proprietorship, “MIDNIGHT COURIER EXPRESS” off the back of his bicycle. Profits are looking up, until his bike is stolen by an undercover CIA agent late for a sting op. Now, he has til midnight to get it back.
Seeking the following:
[WALKER] – mid 20s any ethnicity man
Walker is a concrete wanderer, a drifter who rides from city to city running his sole-proprietorship, MIDNIGHT COURIER EXPRESS, a nighttime delivery service, off the back of his bicycle. Stoic but respectful, values his freedom and individualism. One night, a darker past is slowly uncovered as he’s pushed to the brink while chasing down a thief who’s stolen his bike.
Experience with choreographed fighting is a plus. A stunt coordinator will be present. Must be comfortable with riding a bike and wading in 3ft of water.
LEAD, Shoots 17 days between February 2nd and March 6th 2026 @ $200/day
[THE AGENT] – late 20s white man
A CIA agent taking on his hardest role to date: deep undercover for half a year, running drugs for a local street gang. The night of his big bust, he loses his ride and has to steal Walker’s bike to make it on time. Will do anything, shoot anyone, to do his job.
Experience with choreographed fighting is a plus. A stunt coordinator will be present. Must be comfortable with riding a bike and running.
LEAD, Shoots 7 days between February 2nd and March 6th 2026 @ $200/day
[COLTER] – late 20s white man
Dressed in a nice suit, Colter is an up-n-coming entrepreneur entering an initiation ritual for a local street gang. Green but confident in his future, he starts an immediate partnership with Walker after a failed extortion job.
Experience with choreographed fighting is a plus. A stunt coordinator will be present.
Must have a drivers license.

[BENDER] – late 20s any ethnicity woman
A hardened runner, has done God knows how many odd jobs for who knows what gangs, Bender meets Walker while having her “last meal” in a Cookout parking lot. Witty and charming, but plans to take her own life by the end of the night.
Experience with choreographed fighting is a plus. A stunt coordinator will be present.
Must have a drivers license. Must be comfortable running.

[AGENT 709] – mid 20s-early 30s any ethnicity woman
One of two CIA agents assisting The Agent in his sting op. Promised a bonus if the deal goes down. The more experienced one of the two.

Must have a drivers license. Must be comfortable running.

[AGENT 264] – mid 20s-early 30s any ethnicity woman
The other agent assisting The Agent. Less experienced, hotheaded, jumps the figurative and literal gun often.

A neurotic criminal informant who works with The Agent.

A clumsy mechanic at Gary and Jerry’s Jury-Rigging Shop. Gets his arm broken, twice.

A (slightly) more competent mechanic at Gary and Jerry’s, being the “Jerry” in title.

[GERALD] – 30s-40s any ethnicity man
The owner of Gary and Jerry’s, boss to Jerome and Jerrica. Also runs the store as a front for running illicit drug deals between local gangs.

[PAULA] – 20s-30s any ethnicity woman
The local owner of an underground pawn shop/gambling hall. Has a troubled history with Bender.

[GRANDMA] – 50s-60s any ethnicity woman
A local grandma who is a regular customer of Walker’s.

A drunkard on a bench eating a salami sandwich that Walker interrogates for details on his stolen bike.
