NOTE: All talent must be from VA – not just working locally but have a VA address. Some mileage can be covered, but no budget for hotel or per diem.

TALENT LICENSE USAGE TERMS
Brand: Virginia Lottery
Materials : All Advertising materials for the 2026 Millionaire for Life TV/GSTV/Online Campaign
Media : Broadcast & Gas Station TV (Virginia Only), Internet, OOH, Social Media (Paid & Unpaid), New Media/ In App, OTT/Streaming, Industrial, PR, Cinema, Internal.
Term : 3 months from first use with the exception of social media and third party non-downloadable sites, PR, Editorial, Agency and/or Client reels and award show use, where term is perpetuity for client owned websites and social property / passively in feed including YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok.
Optional Term(s): – Additional non-consecutive three months terms at a 10% increase as the original usage fee.
Territory : Worldwide for internet by nature of the medium, Geo-gated to Virginia only on broadcast/streaming/paid platforms.
Rate of Pay:
Session – 12 Hours $625
Buy – $600
Fitting $50
TALENT NEEDED:
Construction worker types – multiple roles
Males and females – any ethnicity
Ages 30 – 60
NOTES: Need actors who believably play blue-collar workers. They have bigger build and toned arms. Gruff and experienced. No speaking for this project, but they make up for it with expressive faces and body movements.
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
