Norfolk – VPA Halloween Costume Contest and Mixer – Oct 23 – Free/$5

Come celebrate Halloween, Virginia Production Alliance style with an SFX Make-Up Tutorial by Kelly Brunelle-Strohecker.
 
Costumes should be MOVIE THEMED! Doors will open at 7:00 PM on the 23rd at #1Space in Military Circle Mall. Winner will be announced at the contest. The prize for the winner will be a gift certificate from Echoes of Time! Besides the contest, feel free to network with all of Hampton Roads’ finest in the film and television business while also enjoying refreshments and, most important off all, having fun in costume and celebrating Halloween!
