We are seeking a professional, reliable, and mobile Gaffer for our independent series Behind the Blocks. This is not just a production—it’s a movement. The series shines a light on powerful, real-world issues facing our communities, and each episode is crafted to spark conversation, healing, and awareness.
This opportunity is also about building longevity: we’ll be shooting the remainder of the season in 2026, and multiple other projects are already written and ready to move forward. We’re building a consistent, no-nonsense team of creators who want to grow together.

Requirements:
Local to the 757/804/DMV area (preferred)
Must be mobile and professional with strong time management
Bring your own equipment (preferred, but not required — lighting kit available if needed)
Positive, team-oriented, and ready to have fun while creating powerful work
Compensation & Perks:
$200/day with own equipment
$150/day if using our equipment
