Fairfax – Casting call for interactive exhibit – April 2026 – Paid

Casting for members of President Thomas Jefferson’s cabinet for an interactive exhibit for the White House Historical Association.

The scene is a discussion between President Jefferson and his closest advisors about the Barbary Wars in 1801.

This is a nonunion production. All actors must be local to the DC/Northern Virginia area or willing to work as local.

SHOOT DESCRIPTION:
One day studio shoot. Actors will be shot seated at a table, presenting different points of view to President Jefferson.

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Shoot: 1 day between April 27 – 29

Rehearsal TBD: possible table read to be scheduled one or two days prior to shoot

LOCATION: Studio in Fairfax, VA

COMPENSATION: $500 for one 10-hour shoot day + possible rehearsal

– Usage for non-profit museum installation including exhibit promotion; non-exclusive, in perpetuity
– Including behind the scenes and museum or agency marketing materials
– May include scans in character wardrobe, for technical and post-production use
– Non-Union
