Central Virginia – Casting for short film – January – Paid

CALL FOR LEAD ACTRESS

Lead Actress needed for an upcoming horror short film.

Seeking a middle-aged or older actress who can confidently portray the full character of our protagonist through purely visual storytelling. Playing a solitary frontier woman experiencing a supernatural horror phenomenon, the lead actress must be able to impart a sense of history with the home set, act through the thriller sequences, and deliver introspection throughout the story’s events with specifically non-verbal acting.

The shoot is tentatively scheduled for two days in early-mid January. Location in central VA (within an hour of Richmond). This is a non-union paid opportunity with the rate of $150/day, negotiable.
