Bedford – Bedford Int’l Film Festival is now accepting submissions – July 2023 – Fee

Attention Filmmakers! The Bedford Int’l Film Fest is now accepting short films, feature films and scripts for our festival on July 1, 2023 in Bedford, Virginia. Our festival showcases shorts and features from around the world. Going into our 5th year the festival will provide small cash prizes.
We will have several events in the days leading up to the festival including appearances by some well loved actors and writers.

Virginia Filmmakers and Virginia Students may submit at no charge.

Dates:
Regular Deadline: March 31, 2023 – $75.00
Final Entry Deadline: May 20, 2023 – $100.00
Notification Date: June 1, 2023
Gold Fees Apply for discounts.

We Accept:
Shorts (20 minutes or less please) – Incl. Documentary’s
Features (40 minutes to 120 minutes please) – Incl. Documentary’s
TV Pilot’s (50 minutes or less please)
Scripts with or without coverage

Films may be submitted through Film Freeway at www.filmfreeway.com/bedfordinternationalfilmfestival.

Virginia residents and Virginia students may use a waiver code to submit. Please email us at bcifilmfest@gmail.com for that code. Please send a copy of proof of Virginia address or Virginia student ID.
