Located in scenic Arrington, Virginia, historic Oak Ridge was built in 1802 and encompasses 4,800 acres. Included on the property is the main mansion, green house, carriage house, guest house, historic train station, horse racing track, church, gardens, bridge over train tracks, farmland, forests and open fields. Bird in Hand

Filmed in Virginia, the indie film "Bird in Hand," will have its world premiere at Tribeca on June 6, 2025. The film tells the story of Bird, who returns home to visit her mom in search of the perfect wedding venue after a surprise engagement to her longtime boyfriend. Much to everyone’s surprise, she is actually on the hunt for something else. Directed and written by Melody C. Roscher. Produced by Craig Shilowich, Alex Schepsman, Danielle Massie, Saba Zerehi. With Alisha Wainwright, Christine Lahti, James Le Gros, Annabelle Dexter-Jones.
