O’Keefe Communications (www.okeefecom.com), has an Immediate opening for an
experienced, full-time SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER with great design ideas and
excellent management and production skills. This is a unique opportunity to be the
lead creative, designing and creating graphics for video, multimedia,
live events, stage sets, and print.
Position Description:
The senior graphic designer is responsible for the operations and management of the
work and personnel of the art department. This includes ensuring the artistic quality
and creativity of each project that is produced at O’Keefe Communications. The senior
graphic designer develops creative looks and drives the production of all elements.
He/she is expert at Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Powerpoint, and Cinema 4D.
The senior graphic designer will work with the video director and producers to
determine the overall creative approach for projects and set milestones and
completion dates into project schedules. He/she is responsible for supervising the
creative team, making creative decisions, and pushing for higher quality. He/she is
responsible for daily internal communication between departments and friendly,
open communication with clients.
The senior graphic designer must be technically savvy and keep abreast of the latest
technologies to be able to drive new ideas and resources. He/she should be able to
work in various screen size formats from live event wide screens to standard video format
to mobile to print.
Requirements:
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign),
Keynote, PowerPoint, Cinema 4D, Pages, and Word. Web design and social media
knowledge a plus. A natural born leader, able to juggle multiple projects and manage
a team of creatives. At least 7 years experience and an awesome portfolio is a must.
